A: The most preferred format is PDF Illustrator or Coreldraw vector artwork with all fonts converted to outlines/curves. We also accept .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd, or .bmp files (please ensure the artwork is enlarged 4 times larger than the pin size).
Q5: Will I receive an art proof before you produce my products?
A: Yes, we will send you a proof after receiving your order, and we will not proceed with production until we receive your approval of the artwork.
Q6: How long does it take to ship the goods? Do you have stock for this item?
A: For products that are in stock, we can deliver them to you within 1-3 days. The regular lead time for mass production is 20 days, depending on the order quantity.
